What Data We Collect
- Name and email address when you sign up
- Trade type and location you provide
- Phone number if you choose to provide it
- Photos you upload for caption generation
- Captions and job descriptions you generate
- Payment information processed by Stripe
How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Adstronomical service
- To generate AI captions using Anthropic Claude API
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send you service emails about your account
- To send marketing emails if you gave consent at signup
Who We Share Data With
- Supabase — stores your account data and caption history
- Stripe — processes your payments securely
- Anthropic — receives your job descriptions and photos to generate captions via their Claude API
We never sell your data to third parties.
Your Rights Under GDPR
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
