Terms of Service

You accept these terms by creating an account, ticking the signup box that links to these terms and the Privacy Policy, or by continuing to use the service after this page is updated. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not connect a platform. If you use Adstronomical for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You must be 18 or over. The product is for people running a trade or other small business. It is not for children.

Adstronomical helps a business record completed work and turn it into marketing. In the product today that includes an account, a business profile, job cards and action cards, uploads of photos and other media, AI help to interpret a card or suggest wording, a headquarters view of the product, and a connections manager.

Paid plans, billed monthly in pounds sterling through Stripe, are The Scout at £29, The Voyager at £79, and The Flagship at £199. Each plan has its own allowance of job cards, connected platforms, and AI use. Allowances and feature limits shown in the product at the time you subscribe are part of these terms. A plan renews until you cancel. You can cancel from the billing area of the account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not refund a part-used month unless the law requires it.

Some areas of the product are still being built. A control that says a login is not configured, a module that is locked, or a publish path that returns “not available” is not a promise that the feature already works. TikTok Connect can start TikTok’s login and store a token. Publishing a video to TikTok from Adstronomical is not available yet. Publishing that does exist today can send a caption and a photo from an action card to a Facebook Page or an Instagram account you have connected. WhatsApp does not have a public-feed publish path.

If you connect TikTok, you also agree to TikTok’s own terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok’s terms and policies that apply to your TikTok account. Those terms are between you and TikTok. TikTok can refuse a login, limit an app that is still in draft or sandbox, or withdraw access. We do not control TikTok’s decision.

When you click Connect TikTok we send you to TikTok and request the user.info.basic and video.publish permissions. You can refuse them. If you approve them, TikTok sends us a code and we exchange it for tokens, which we store in a server-side vault. We use those tokens only to provide the Adstronomical connection you asked for, and only within the permissions you granted. We do not sell TikTok data. We do not use TikTok data to advertise to people off TikTok. We do not currently download your TikTok profile, followers, or videos.

You must follow TikTok’s rules for any content that is later published with the video.publish permission, including rules on music, commercial content, and disclosures. You are responsible for having the rights to any video, photo, caption, or music you ask us to send. The same idea applies to Meta and to any other network you connect: that network’s terms apply to the login and to anything published there, and you must not ask us to post content that breaks them.

You can disconnect TikTok, or another connected platform, in the connections manager. Disconnect deletes the token we stored for that platform. Revoking Adstronomical inside TikTok’s own settings is also your right. Do both if you want access removed in both places.

You will not:

• Break the law, or help someone else break it, with the service.
• Upload or ask us to publish material that is defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Connect an account you are not allowed to use, or collect other people’s platform credentials.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for a vulnerability without permission, or attempt to read another customer’s tokens or files.
• Resell the service or present Adstronomical’s output as a guarantee of leads, rankings, or income.
• Use the service to build a competing dataset of our prompts, or to overwhelm the AI or hosting limits.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts another person’s platform account at risk, or creates a security problem. Where we can do it without making the problem worse, we will tell you why.

You are responsible for the email address and password on the account, for keeping them confidential, and for activity under the login. Tell us at support@adstronomical.com if you believe someone else is using the account. We may refuse a name, email, or business profile that impersonates another person.

You must give accurate business details if you publish them onward. AI wording is a draft. You review it before it is posted. You are responsible for claims about your work, prices, and qualifications.

You keep ownership of the text, photos, and other material you submit, and of captions and drafts generated for your account from that material. You give us a licence to host, store, display inside the product, send to the AI provider you trigger, and send to a platform you choose to publish to, only so we can provide the service. The licence ends when the material is deleted, except for copies we are required to keep or that remain in routine backups until those backups expire.

Adstronomical, the site, the headquarters presentation, and our branding stay ours. We do not assign you our software. Feedback you choose to send may be used to improve the product without any obligation to pay you.

Suggestions, captions, and website-derived business drafts come from Anthropic models and from the text you supply. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice. Platform companies change their APIs. A connection can fail because an app is still in TikTok draft or sandbox, because a permission was not granted, or because a token expired. We do not promise a number of views, leads, or customers.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every Connect button will complete a login, or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that the law of England and Wales says we cannot exclude, including rights you have as a consumer where those rights apply. If you use Adstronomical mainly for your trade or business, consumer-only rights may not apply.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost content, platform penalties, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the service, from AI output, or from a TikTok or other platform login. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period, or £100 if you paid nothing. This limit is marked for legal review together with the governing-law section below.

You may stop using Adstronomical at any time and may cancel a subscription so it does not renew. You may delete the signed-in account in settings. That deletes the profile and the authentication user. It does not automatically remove every related record. Email hello@adstronomical.com if you also want job cards, business details, media, and any platform tokens you have not already disconnected to be deleted. Disconnect a platform before or after deletion if you want that token removed immediately.

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we stop offering the product, or if a platform requires us to disconnect an integration. If we stop a paid plan for our own convenience rather than for your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the current prepaid month.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If a change is material we will email the address on the account. Continuing to use the service after the new date means you accept the update. If you do not accept it, cancel and stop using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live if you are using the service as a consumer and the law gives you that choice.
